Webito offers an AI-powered no-code website builder SaaS platform that enables customers to create, host, and manage websites and digital tools. Services include access to our builder, plugins, hosting, and related features.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register. By using our services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
4. Accounts
- Customers must provide accurate registration details.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- Any activity under your account will be considered your responsibility.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
- Services are offered on a subscription basis (monthly/annual).
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- All fees are listed on our website in the specified currency and include applicable taxes (VAT where applicable).
- Payment is processed via authorized payment providers.
6. Refund & Cancellation
- Customers may cancel at any time.
- Annual plans: a 14-day refund is available for first-time purchases if the service has not been significantly used.
- Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle starts.
7. Delivery of Services
- Access to the platform is granted instantly upon successful payment.
- No physical goods are delivered; services are digital only.
8. Acceptable Use
- Customers may not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes, including but not limited to spamming, phishing, or distributing malware.
- Webito reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating this policy.
9. Intellectual Property
- All software, content, and trademarks on the platform remain the property of Webito.
- Customers retain ownership of the websites and content they create, but grant Webito a limited license to host and deliver it.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Webito is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- The platform is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Termination
- Customers can terminate their subscription anytime through their account.
- Webito may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or non-payment.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Prague.
