设置指南
1. Message @BotFather on Telegram, create a bot (or use an existing one) and copy its token into "Bot API Token" below.
2. Choose a random string for "Webhook Secret Token" below.
3. Register the webhook URL shown above with Telegram by calling:
POST https://api.telegram.org/bot<BOT_TOKEN>/setWebhook
