How billing, limits and upgrades actually work.
No. Webito charges a flat monthly subscription and takes no percentage of your order volume. The only transaction-based costs you pay are your payment gateway's own processing fees, billed by that gateway directly.
Nothing breaks and no orders are rejected. You are notified as you approach a limit, products, team seats, storefronts, monthly orders or storage, and can upgrade at any time; the change takes effect immediately and is prorated against your current period.
The wholesale module, company accounts, tiered price lists, quote requests and net terms, is part of the B2B plans. You can build and test your full catalogue, tax configuration and storefront on the free plan first, then move up once you are ready to onboard business buyers.
Yes, at any time, and without contacting sales. Subscriptions are monthly, and your products, customers, orders and invoices remain exportable through the API for as long as your account is active.
Yes, where applicable. Subscription prices are shown excluding VAT; the correct rate for your billing country is applied at checkout, and business customers in other EU member states who supply a valid VAT number are invoiced under reverse charge.
